The William hotel is a limited service hotel. Our front desk hours are from 11 AM to 7 PM Sunday through Thursday and 10am-3am on Fridays and Saturdays. We are available 24hr a day by phone at 619 284 2371 for special guests needs.

The William Penn Hotel does not offer daily maid service to guests. We do offer extra towels and linen upon request. This is a way to pass on value to guests and to be more environmentally responsible. We do offer free Wi-Fi internet in all guests rooms, unlimited local calling from your in room telephone, 24 hour concierge service via telephone at 619 284 2371.
